NEVER USE THE ELECTRICAL LED LIGHTING FROM THE TITAN LED COMPANY!!

I started my business a year ago and wanted to use the electrical appliances from Titan LED. Heard about how the products of this company are really good. I met with the secretary Tom Ristau and discussed with all that is required for my business. It was comparatively expensive pricing than the other lighting companies. Still I went ahead with it thinking "the expensive the products the better the quality." Got all the assurance from Tom.

The sales rep Deborah Hennessy told me "Our sales team is dedicated at demonstrating substantial Cost Savings of 50-75% to our customers and delivering quality results." She explained about the quality and the audit fees which was exceptionally higher. I got all the way convinced and went ahead with it.

After three months the electrical products which claim to be 90% more efficient over traditional lighting producing more light and less heat. I felt no difference in that it was producing lot of heat. I would say their products are crap!! It costed me a huge amount to get this installed for my business a sum of $23, 000. The products are s***!

Both Tom and Deborah have fooled me to go ahead with their products this has affected my business so much. Every few weeks there is a problem with the lighting. It was a huge investment for the elctrical but I got nothing out of it! And when I bought all of this to their attention they came up with one or the other excuses giving me explanations after explanations!! These people have ripped me off and I have been badly affected by this!!! Now all I want is my money back which I have invested for the electrical. I would never ever ever ever suggest anyone to go for Titan LED
