Galaxy S4 Green Screen Line and No Local Repair Service

Hi, I live in Egypt. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 on 27-9 and I have an international guarantee because I bought it from Dubai. Now the mobile screen is suddenly showing a green line in the middle of the screen and since this line appeared it hasn't gone away. What am I supposed to do? I am dealing with an international company that has a great reputation, but there are no stores here that want to fix it because I have an international guarantee, not a national one.
