To whom it may concern:

Today, January 10, I have encountered a very rude and unprofessional calls with two male representatives from Royal Camera Online 718 336 4632. I was seriously considering to order the Canon Rebel and when trying to inquiring on the Cannon rebates, I was rudly interupted and spoken to out of tone and character. I thought this was a joke, but they were serious, I felt as though I was speaking out of tone.

I'm just seeking info on whether or not they are considered authorized Cannon Retailers that are honoring the Canon rebate and do this information comes with your order. I got no where with these two gentlemen. And when asked to speak to the supervisor they stated they were the supervisors.

I am very skeptical when ordering online, but this experience tells me don't do it. Thanks to consumer complaints I know see the truth about Royal Camera
