Inc. Misuse of personal/private information. Ripoff!

I have first hand knowledge, having been employeed by this company, of the mis-use of people's personal information inorder to make money. On countless occassions this company has used a persons personal information such as name, address, phone number, date of birth, drivers license number, and social security number in order to make money.

This company is a sub dealer for larger wireless companies such as verizon wireless and t-mobile. This company sells cell phones and the service. On countless occassions they have taken an existing clients information and used it to activate multiple lines of service in order to make a profit.

This has been done without the knowledge and consent of the client. I have notified the FCC and local investigation agencies, unfortunately they have not acted upon this information. It is very unfortunate.

If you are a consumer and wish to purchase a cell phone DO NOT go to these sub dealers, they will only take your money. They are not interested in giving you a good deal, they will mess up your credit and take your money. Again I have first hand knowledge of these fraudulant acts committed, having worked for the company for over a year.

These acts were not only committed by the sales reps, but also the managers. I have a list of names of individuals from whom not to buy, but just stay away from this company altogether. They will only hurt you in the end.
