Ripoff was told refund in 24 hours 15 days later told will take up to 10 more days

On November 27th I ordered a Kodak digital camera for $94.95. I received order confirmation on December 2nd. On December 10th I was notified that they were out-of-stock and to contact them to select a different camera or cancel order. On December 13th I canceled the order and was told my CC account would be credited within 24 hours. 15 days later, after numerous attempts to speak to someone on the phone (I kept getting cut off), I was told that the credit memo would be authorized today (December 28) and would see my account credited in about 10 days. We'll see!!
