Rebate ripoff didn't pay rebates

After not being told that there was a 30 day limit on claiming a rebate on a new phone (Moto V400), I luckily sent the forms in between 2-3 weeks after I got the phones.

Cellular One conveniently received the forms a few days after the deadline.

$50 rebate x 3 phones = $150 gonzo.

So far customer service is absolutely no help.

How are you supposed to have proof of when you mailed something.

I signed a 2 yr contract, and now they dont even want to talk to me.

BTW, their service here sucks too. Approx 50% of my calls are dropped, and I'm in a supposed very strongly covered area.
