My rebate on the item was denied by Olympus on the grounds I did not submit all the information needed. The code on this letter is 1243222606. Now I have a strong reason to believe Olympus with Epson is running a rebate scam. Epson denied rebate on the free printer with the same purchase. I have all the documents from rebate and nothing is missing. Epson is lying in order to avoid paying rebates. Please investigate Epson for consumer fraud in rebate processing.
