Macbook Woes

We bought two MacBookPro's via iStore Sandton drive - special order due to more memory and disk capacity. (Build your own online).
The machines arrived and what beauty!
After about 18 months the one machine's battery started expanding until we had to remove it - was physically pushing out the tracker pad.
The quest began for a replacement battery. Nothing in South Africa. After three months I'm still without a battery and many emails and searches of different stores I have decided to import my own from Amazon. Still waiting for it to arrive.
This is the worst kind of service. I even drove to the iStore in Centurion who informed me they had one (after I gave them the exact part number) only find out it is the wrong one.
Apple after sale service in South Africa is non existing!

Great product, but just hope yours don't need any repairs!
