I ordered a VCR with them a few months ago in april, i returned it for an exchange within their policy, the exchange took so long to be delivered so i canelled and up untill now i havent gotten my refund and they still claim that they delivered. They manager is never there or too busy to be contacted. Do count on getting a call back from them. I decided to use a different company and it is nothing like cellpoint. Please beware of cellpoint electronics.
