I think there is something wrong with my machine, but no one will listen

I bought a high packing HE device by having an agitator at the end from P-C Rich & Boy I had been informed by Ola it had been the very best of both sides.

A normal machine or perhaps a HE device. I can not use bleach t/the reduced water. I've diluted it, attempted different disinfectants, the equipment odors. I'm extra rinsing all my material.

How is the fact that saving water? I've attempted to get hold of the organization every time somebody claims they'll return with me. I bought my machine 12/6 and i called the warranty company to find out if they could help me. No fortune. I've linked colored the majority of my towels and also the downey ball starts 1 out-of 3 times.

They claimed contact the downey organization.incorporating downey by myself leaves orange spot even if i weaken it.
