Charged double and harrased with sales calls!

I purchased cafe cups looking for a good Valentines day gift for my husband. After ordering, I discovered that they had doubled my order—there was no review option.

It took DAYS to get someone to respond, but they would not lower my price to the normal 10.99 plus shipping and handling. Additionally, I have received 2 calls from them (I assume its from them—hopefully not a third party) wanting to add some "budget savers" thing to my order for 1 dollar. I said that I didn't want it and they would not listen.

I am so frustrated. I want to defame this company everywhere I can!!!
