Misleading advertisment, very slow delivery

I ordered a pair of audio ear warmers. The earwarmers was supposed to have an extended audio line. They did not.instead the company sent a separate set of earbuds. The person receiving the gift cannot wear earbuds!!! I ordered the ear warmers on December 8th. I did not receive them until December 21st. I could not take advantage of their return policy.
