Rude and letter offering settlement full of lies

Agent discussed with mother and daughter her short stature (daughter has dwarfism) before class started and then accepted payment in full.

After the written part of the classes were over, child told she could not take the driving part of the instruction because they had no extenders on their cars, and could not use the family car with extenders. When father complained, he was rudely told it was all his fault.

When attorney contacted Masters and Sylvania Driving School, they replied by making a settlement offer.in the same letter, they told 4 lies about the situation — again implying that that my client had lied to them!
