Ripoff taking money from my personal account with out my knowledge

In November I recieved a copy of my monthly bank statement & seen a debit for $8.95 from Quest Savers. At the time I did't recognize the company name. So I called & they said I became a member in November and every month since then they have been debiting my account. I explained that I cancaled that the same week that I ordered it. The representative told me she would cancel my account. However just 4 days later there was another debit from my account. I have now decided to report the company to the Better Business Bureau & also seek Legal advice.
