Ripoff never gave me my refund of deposit on loan

I was approved for a loan on Sept. 7 for the amount of $6500.00. They said since my credit had some problems that I would have to pay insurance of $1250 plus fee of western union sent to a Jinny Sing in Ontario Canada. I waited 3 days nothing in my account finally reached someone and they said I would have to do full insurance coverage so I sent another $600 plus western union fee.

It took me another 2 weeks to reach someone they said was sent to customer service for my full refund. Took me another couple of weeks to reach customer service said that I should receive my refund within 30 days, girl was extremly snotty with me.

I am still waiting for my refund it is now Nov 3. Two months later and still nothing, phones keep saying all circuits are busy. I am a single parent that works 2 full time jobs and a part time job and go to school. I would like to get my money back as soon as possible.
