PlusIntimates ripoff, deceptive, online theft Not only did I not receive my order at all, they still took my money and won't respond to me whatsoever

In early September I was recovering from major abdominal surgery and was looking for a shaper slip to wear under my dresses until the swelling went away. I found exactly what I was looking for on Plus Intimates' website. I placed my online order immediately and waited for my merchandise to arrive.
After three weeks and no package or message regarding my order, I went back online and read Plus Intimates' specific details regarding deliver time, etc. Since it said "up to 28 days" and it hadn't been quite that long, I decided to wait a week longer.
On October 14, I still had no package or message from Plus Intimates, but checked my bank account to find that they had taken payment for the merchandise from my debit account on September 9!! (Their site says they don't charge your account until they ship the item.) I immediately phoned them and (surprise) got an answering machine. Left all my information (name, address, phone, order details) but never received a return call. I repeated these calls over the next few days. No reply.
Additionally, I emailed them several (October 14,15, 18) with the same detailed information I'd left on the answering machine. Again, no response whatsoever.
On October 21, I sent a certified letter to Plus Intimates again repeating my information and stating that i wanted a refund and no longer had any use for the slip I'd ordered. I tracked the letter via the Postal Service and found that they'd received and signed for my letter on October 25.
Today is November 1 and still no response, no slip, no refund.
Do not do business with these people unless you want to be ripped off. Their website is deceptive... They've lied about everything.
Not only did I not receive my order at all, they still took my money and won't respond to me whatsoever. This is online theft and these people ought to be put out of business. I just wish I'd researched them on this site before placing my order and I would have avoided all these problems.
