Ripoff Fraud Artist Charged bank account after canceling Want to start class action lawsuit

My story sadly is the same as everyone else's. I answered an ad to be a tester for a laptop and had to go through a survey. All was well till I found out I had to buy some samples and against my better judgement I did it. After all being a single, unemployed mother I was excited about the laptop since I can not afford one and I'm currently enrolled in a degree program so the laptop would be a huge help.

When I got my sample in the mail I went directly to my computer and filled out the cancel form to take me off the auto-shipment. They charged my card anyway and as a result had a charge bounce, had to cancel my card and I have fraud paperwork being sent to me from my bank.

These people do not return e-mails and can not be reached by phone. But that's not enough. For everyone that has been a victim of this company I would like to start a class-action lawsuit. These people need to be stopped!
