ALPHACRAZE.com Fraudulent and dishonest, very poor customer servie

I order a product from this company (ALPHACRAZE) at the beggining of August. I never receive the product but my bank account was charged. When I wrote an e-mail to them it took themm very long to respond, and when they finnaly did they were very incompetents. They agreed with me that they were going to send me the product this time, but again they never did.

Their way to handle a problem with a customer is very unproffesional. Once you write an e-mail to them, and they respond you have to write back to them, even if the problem hasn't been solved. If they don't hear from you, they change the status of the order to SOLVED. I don't think a customer has to write more than one time to get a problem solve, is the company that has to be on top of things, after all they are the ones that made the mistake.
