Ripoff dishonest withdrawing of funds

This company is illegally withdrawing funds from my checking acct. Without my knowledge or approval. I want it stopped and have no idea of how to go about it. We have tried to get in contact with these people but to no avail. Would appreciate very much some help in this matter. The only name we have on this matter is Platium Values of California. I have no idea just what business this suppossed company is involved in except to rip people off. If this company has another name then I have no knowledge of it. Thank You
