Ripoff, i ordered a book an never got it, then they have the nerve to send me another form to order the same book

I have never received the book that i ordered and i don't no how the got my address because i never asked for it to be sent. I am appauled that people practice such shadie buisness. They should be procuted to the fullist extent of the law
