An extra charge from a phone comapany called OAN Services for a personal voice mail came with mny Verizon phone bill. OAN was contacted and a CSR stated that it happened when I was filling out an internet survey like on coupons.com an internet site that sends coupons to you to spend at stores.
OAN said they will reverse the charges. My question is does this personal voice mail mess up you normal phone prefences example will it take off your name off your personal preferences. For instance if I call you will only my number show when it should be my name and telephone.
