Ripoff billing without performing services

I signed on with Senior and Family in april. Had six people call there referral line and did not get one referral. After calling the CEO, Peter P. Nemethy repeatively, I recieved no response. I stopped payment. After being served in small claims court. I started calling other buisiness on there list and found that there were a lot of them not getting referals, and having the same problems. Now we are going to pursue Mr. Nemethy!!! Every way possible1
