Ripoff, lies, wasted time and money, aggravation

Same as everyone else: I paid cash for a motorcycle plus expedited delivery. It took some two months to get the bike. When it came - the front wheel hub was broken. I never got my matching helmet, or a refund of $125 for "expedited" delivery.

Ben V. Has made thousands of promisses, which he never kept. The only time he called me is when I was on my way to file a police report. I must say, that the mentioning of police got him moving a bit. But the moment that Ben feels he can fool you, is the time that he will lie and take advantage of your trust. Well, I really did not have a choice, since he already had my money.

Ben faxed to me fake check receipts for refund of my payment.

If you are interested in a class action law suit - please let me know. My objective is that Ben V. Shall never do legal business again.
