Companies are A ripoff fraud!

I Applied to a company on Las Vagas, NV and was told I would be trained to be able to work in world trade. They only helped me for a few weeks and than all of a sudden they weren't there any more. I had to find a number from the phone company and did find after A couple of week s of trying to contact the company
that they no longer were doing any trading help! I spent almost $4,000 dollars for this. I REALLY got ripped off. I didn't know that their was any place to complain about these kind of things. If you can help me recover some or all of my money
I would be very greatful.
