Beware of the pricing charts. The company posts a monthly fee that will be billed to the credit card. When submitting the request the company charges the fee for the entire package. Then they hide behind a make believe customer service center.

Much better to just practice Mindfulness meditation and training—its free, you can do it anywhere and at anytime
