Ordered my machine in June found a location, and just waiting for my machine to arrive. Tried to contact AED Friday October 1 and ther was no ansewer, tried agin Monday still no ansewer. Tuesday I contacted Attorney Generals office for the state of Florida, and was told they had several people calling in complants about AED.

Filed complant with Federal Trade Comission. They said everbody needs to do so that has had a problem with AED. Phone # FTC 1-877-382-4357 toll free number. Please contact me by using the rebuttal box below and we can go after this company together.
