Ran out of loan money

I've finished only a little more than 1 yr of my Bachelors degree in Sales at UoP, with 5 courses togo I had been educated four weeks right into a course that not just has my Financial Consultant "was ignorant" of the truth that I maxed-out on my loans but that I actually donot have mortgage cash to protect the course I'm in. Is Not that their work like a financial consultant, to understand how much cash I have to protect my loans to college, just how much loans I've utilized, of course if there's a problem to see pupils effectively before they're in a-class that their loans do not protect? I'd believe so! Subsequently for my Financial Consultant to inform me its not her work its quarry and requires no obligation - fairly unfortunate, if that'snot their work then why exist economic experts? To date I've experimented with talk to my Monetary consultant, her chef the monetary supervisor (who included for my FA), worked my way as much as the Associate representative of fund - she stated she'd attempt to assist me but at this time I still have not noticed from her and its own been per week.
