Sold puppies with hereditary defect that died guaranteed against it-will not refund any money

They sold us a puppy with a 2 year guarantee against any hereditary defects. Puppy was paid for in full before 6 weeks of age. At 6 weeks puppy got a micro chip and got a bump on his neck at the sight. Vet cut it open and drained it and puppy kept bleeding, he needed transfusions but, he died. They blamed the vet over and over for putting the micro chip in wrong. Was told I would get a full refund, but had to wait because they did not have the money.

Almost a month later I got a call from them and they said they had 2 puppies that their vet tested for VonWilliebrands Disease and they were negative and "normal healthy puppies". I took one of the puppies. Less than 48 hours after he was with us he had a bleeding episode and rush to the vets. It came from the top molars. 6 days another bleeding episode and rush to the vets, this time bottom molars. Lots of blood tests later and he was diagnosed as Hemophilia type A. 4 days later a cerebral hemmorage and he had to be euthanized. We contacted them with every incident and once the puppy was dead, they did not contact us. We told them we should be entitled to a full refund plus the costs of all the medical and no response from them to this date.
