Took my money and has yet to give back the promised refund

So as the title stated, I have a problem with Hits Ny LLC. Since my parents are not the best at english, I, the daughter of the family, am the one who is typing this. I had asked my parents to sign me up for Hits NY's full summer program which would give dance, singing, and language classes. The program was going to be an intense program where the trainees would be on a strict schedule and I was lured by that idea since 6 weeks of intense training would certainly improve my skills.
Now this is where I get to the problem. The program costed 7,500 which I pleaded my parents to pay for as it was something I really wanted to do.
