Bert laster, sales & service rip-off! Unfairly bouncing checks

Back in 2004 i think in february fleet reopened my account. Things were ok until june or july. I found that fleet bank was overdrafting too many times in one day like 8 times in 1 day especially with cash net and another company where money was loaned never gave permission to anyone to do that - not fair.

Now my account balance is up to 957.00 and should not be cannot touch my account until this is straightened out and the person i had spoken with was robert laster of fleet bank and he did let a couple of checks to go through but all that mess. There is no reason for that all they tell me is that it is an electronic system. There was nothing they could do. Help.
