Ripoff deceptive timber buyer claims what a good Christian he is! Very slick good 'ol boy rip-off

Jimmy Ray Sims of Soso, Mississippi, is a deceptive timber buyer. He pretends to be an employee of a large company and a "christian." He wouldn't cheat a soul. He gives timber owner a large "estimate" on their timber and gets a verbal o.K. They don't really need a contract since he has been in timber business for so long and is a christian. After the timber is cut, he tells customer that timber just wasn't there, that he should have got out of his truck and walked around. As he is cutting timber, he comes out with this ruse of land being missing, just not there. He says he doesn't know if survey is wrong or what. He does the same scam with most of his customers. Anyway, he ends up paying next to nothing for the timber and leaving customer thinking he has lost land somehow. Every once in awhile, he will pay someone the right amount in order to get him customers. He is very slick, comes across as good 'ol boy. He is a snake and every timber owner should be aware.
