Don't do this if someone wants you to send money before you get any. I have talked to the same Lady (Avis) she said to send $1400 western union. That's all the money i had and i never heard from them again nether can i call them. It was so nice to know that i could get all my bills payed and now i even owe more becouse i took a cash advance on my credit card. These people are just a scam i wish i never done this.
