Ripoff Another one gets it, I have never in my life dealt with such a deceitful company

I had a real slick salesman come to my shop. Just like all the others I questioned the non-cancelable lease, but he assured me that if things didn't work, a quick phone call and the credit card machine would be picked up and located to another company.

They must be taught that line at their cracker jack school on how to screw people.

I called and e-mailed the company on a weekly basis to let them know that I would be closing my business and would not need their services anymore. Please come and re-locate the machine.

What a joke that was, they never called or e-mailed, so I closed the business along with the checking account northern leasing was withdrawing money out of.

Not two days later the non stop phone calls started, 4 and 5 a day. Threats of collections mailed to me on a daily basis. It is just started for me. And for the people who put the machine in my shop at american data link. You are not people of your word, and the machine sits here in my spare bedroom at home.

I can't get any body to tell me what to do with this machine, but I can sure think of a few things to tell them about what to do with their machine.

I am not sure what judge in this country would make a person pay for a machine they no longer need. The contract was in my companies name, with me as the owner. The business no longer exists how can the contract? Lies and deceit is all you will get from this company.

I have never in my life dealt with such a deceitful company. They are not out to help the small business owners. They are out to screw them. I really need some help.
