I am another victim of the unexplicable $14.95 charge from Kurtz Enterprises. I called my cc company, and they told me that since it is a small amount and just one charge, they can only process it as a dispute charge. They'll probably reimburse the money, but I'm not so sure if they would cancel the account. What is interesting is that they didn't care that I told them that this was not an isolated case. I guess all I can do is print this report and mail it to them.
