Interstate subscription services, inc. Sabrina Duiv? High pressured into writing two checks for overpriced magazine subscriptions

Education & Science

Household was approached by 2 young ladies saying that they were working to make money to attend school abroad. They were invited inside as the temp. Outside was over 100. Once inside they said they were getting magazine subscriptions. We said we had enough magazines now. They then asked if we had any children or grand children that we might get magazines for.
We looked at 2 magazines, 1 for our grand son & 1 for our daughter & said we would probably take a childs magazine & a dance magazine for our daughter & they gave us a price. We told them that their prices were way to high & they then pressured my wife who has a neurological problem into writing them two checks, one for each magazine & for each agent.

On June 30th. 2 checks were written to ISS Magazines
Check #5942 for $55.00, Receipt No. 2409808 &
Check #5943 for $65.00, Receipt No. 2400198
On July 1st. We decided that the subscriptions were way over priced & we want to cancel our order & will try to contact the subscription Co. If that is possible.
