You call and set up an appointment for someone to come to your home. Then a guy comes to your house and tells you how he can get you into a home in a year, but on the phone they say they can get you into a home within 30 days. Rent to own type of deal. They say that they will help clean up your credit and get you a home loan. SOunds really good. NO wrong.

You pay a deposit fee of $299.00 and they do all this stuff for you. What you have to do is send these already typed letters to the credit bureau's, which they type up for you, to help clean up your credit report. THey also ask you to attend a few seminars and all that stuff. They "say" they are going to send you all this information in the mail, but they never send it.

Then you try to call and they can't be reached. You basically get the run around. WHen they come to your home they ask you to refer people to them and I did. A friend of mine is out a lot more than $299.00. SHe is out $1300.00. If this progam sounds too good to be true its because it is. DO NOT pay them. Everytime I would call they said they were looking into it. Well how long does it take to look into something? Now their phone is disconnected, how original.
