Rip-off! When I tried to cancel, they sent me an email with a virus in it!

CIC Credit Monitoring Services promised to allow me to view up to three credit reports for $9.95 a month. I did not get to view one! When I tried to cancel, as the site directed, I sent them all the pertinent information, and thought "done is done". Boy was I wrong!
They sent me back an email, I am very glad I did not open, it contained a virus. From what I have been told, had I opened it, it would have wiped my computer out in no time. They are still billing me $9.95 a month. Someone is making an income at doing me over, and I'm just a little upset. I can't keep paying this. I have a little girl, and I am going blind. I wonder if these people even think of the situations of those they hurt?
