Scam, bogus billing

I, too, have been victimized in the same manner as the other complaintants by One Web Direct. This has literally turned into a nightmare! I received my last phone bill from my local carrier
and saw 2 charges made on my computer modem phone line, listed "billed on behalf of Telliss" totaling 94$. Called local
carrier to dispute these supposed calls to the U.K. (yes, exact same number as listed in other complaints. Was told to dispute with USBI, who told me to dispute with Telliss. Next to impossible to reach (this should be a dead give away) Finally spoke w / rep at Telliss billing. I told him I was disputing the charges and inquired how these were made. He explained it was for a Co. Called One Web Direct for some web site accessed on my computer and that now the balance was over $500.00!!! Oh my God, I am freaking out here. I was told he would look into this on me behalf and I have not been able to reach anyone from OWD to try to see what is wrong here. Obviously, I would never continue to accssess anything I had to pay for if I was already disputing it!!! Do I need to acquire legal help for this mess they have left me in??? Can somebody let me know the legalities of all this? I would greatly appreciate.
