Ripoff $59.00 paid for gift certificate to mail out and get paid up front $60.00 each. Nothing ever receive. Fort lauderdale, florida

Firm by the name of Success Marketing out of Lauderdale, Florida mailed over the country literature offering to pay $60.00 each up front in advance to people who would buy in to the program starting at $59.00 to mail out 20 gift certificates to a name list that they also supplied along with envelope and gift certicates that was worth $1,000.00 each and a cover letter to go along in the pack to explain why the customer was receiving the free certificate offer.

Three other similar offers could be had in larger mailing and of course more money had to to be put up to get into these if the person was wanting to geta larger up front pay in advance before anything was to be miled out.

First packet which was what I baught into was the $59.00 pack that had 20 free gift certificates in it. The second one had 50 in it, the third had 1000, and the forth had 200 certifictes to mail out should one wish to pay in more money to get top money paid to them before they done anything. This big one would be a payout to the one doing the mailing in the sum of $1,200.00.

The small one would pay me $1,200.00. I chose to buy the small one to start off with. Money was sent in with personal check on the 7/20. Check cleared the bank here and paid to this firm on the 7/26/04. The program was to be sent out within five day to me along with upfront money to process and remail out. Nothing has been receied up until this date which now the 8/19/04.

A friend who lives in that city made a trip to see what kind of business was at the address which is listed as being 4631 N.W. 31st Avenue #121.

He informs me that when he got there, all that was there was a large amount of Postal Boxes. No office, no employees of any kind around. The spot was a 24 hour P.O. Boxes, a packing and shipping area as I undersand.in talking to a postman who came by to remove mail and also put mail in informed my friend that the firm who used the name of "Success Marketing" had been scamming people all across the country, but no one had yet got them put out of business and locked up.

This so called firm has no phone number listing in that town, or the area all around there. A letter that I had written to then prior to ordering the starter package and asking them a few thing that I was not quiet clear of, was never answered.

This was back in May the 24th of this year when they sent out the first brochure offer to me explaining their program.instead they sent me the exact same offer in July. I then made decision to go ahead and order the small package as they had indicated they was very busy. This was the last time have heard anything, or reveived anything from this firm if there is actually one there registerd in the city of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, or any town near there.
