Rip-off!

9 months ago, I requested a "free" credit report. There was nothing on the information page that indicated I would be charged a year later for more services! Service I did not request! The credit card company has put a hold on their charge until I see if they credit my account like they said they would. Like everyone else, I have been ripped off! This website has given me a lot of clout when dealing with companies.
