Inc rip-off! Cheated! Misled! Lied to and deceived! Overcharged! Refusal to respond to unjustified charges

Very sadly, I have to add my report to the complaints against this company already filed. I only wish that I had seen this site earlier and saved myself a lot of grief.

I had a website with Bright Builders selling mainly camping gear and wasn't doing very well. Although I was getting quite a few hits on my site, nothing was selling. I had just set up an account with eBay when Cameron N Montgomery from EMS Inc contacted me. This was in February.

Well, believe me when I say this guy is one slick salesman. During our discussions I asked him to take a look at my site and tell me what was wrong. He pointed out that the products from the dropship warehouse I was selling were too well known and that as part of the EMS deal I would be able to get unique products to sell. This guy really knew how to hype people up and I fell for it.

I was charged $4,100.00 for this 'turbo-charged' course to success with these surefire products. EMS also slipped in a $39.95 monthly hosting fee for Bright Builders website which I already had (and which Mr. Montgomery had seen) and this should have been excluded. I didn't notice this at first as I was caught up in the excitement and later thought this might be a 'special' version of the site.

When I realised this wasn't, and I was being charged twice for the same site I queried this with both Bright Builders and EMS and to date have been ignored.in fact, all emails to EMS have bounced back but I managed to get a fax through to them - but still no response. I have now got my Bank to investigate.

Once EMS got my money Mr. Montgomery was no longer available to tutor me and Adam Barnet was assigned to me.
When my 'Business Guide Solutions Kit' arrived some time later it was just a CD which was adequtely described by 'Rick' in the previous report on this site. It was cheap garbage and I spent 2 weeks trying to find these so called 'unique' products to sell which I had been promised. Talk about a rip-off!

Well, after that it was just downhill. I tried to salvage what I could from this course. Adam tried to do what he could but obviously couldn't answer for Mr MontGomery. I feel this is probably a deliberate policy on the part of EMS.

Adam did teach me a little about eBay but the rest I already knew as EMS's so called propriety trade secrets are well known to any internet marketeer and most of the techniques are freely available as part of the Bright Builders site and other sources on the net.
I advise you all to avoid this Company!!!
