Ripoff charged me for items I ddn't order. Won't let me cancel

I ordered a free 30 day trial of suvaril. I did not agree to order more. They sent me a 60 day supply ($70).

I have been trying to return it. Can't get an answer on their phone. They say the wait is 4 minutes. I watied 3 hours and still didn't get to talk to anyone. I would like to return this unwanted 60 day supply, but can't find out who to contact. Their webiste says to go to www.askberkeley.com. Haven't been able to access that site. I want to return their shipment and for them to refundmy charge.
