CCA HOME SHOPPING NETWORK ripping off struggling mom in Oklahoma

I received a letter from CCA stating i was approved for 6,500 credit limit. So i called the company to activate the card and to find out more. Well comes to find out i have to pay 199.95 one time fee and a 99 annual fee well sounded good to me since im trying to estalblish credit. NOW i was on my way to bed this evening and thought hey ill go see if i can find there website to see what they have in there catalogs come to find out this is the ONLY site i found on them. A rip off site. Hows that make ya feel makes me feel like i was ripped off... Now i need to know what to do. Before they take more money from me... Someone please let me know.
