First off, they have specialized, trained salespeople that sign you up. Then, they say they're "flexible" and "there for the student". I cry foul on this. Their student service people are awful. I was told to NOT drop a course, because I would be dismissed. Well, I could not finish the course, so I ended up with an "F". Wouldn't you know it, I was dismissed and had to write a letter to get back in. Serious family problems arised, and I called again. I had to drop a course, after receiving "A" grades in my other 2 courses. I was dismissed yet again. When I tried to go to a state school, I found my courses I had taken would NOT TRANSFER. This again, I was told by my salesperson my courses WOULD transfer. Do not waste your money here. It's too expensive, the courses aren't bad, but they're not great, and they do not have a great service area. It really is all about the shareholders and not the student.
