RIPOFF, Did Not receive anything at all, and check cleared

I mailed a check out on May 8th for Group 1 to receive 49 letters and envelopes 49 customer mailing labels. After a few weeks I checked my checking account and the check issued had cleared my bank. As of 5 August I havenot heard a word and I tried calling the Ph# (305) 493-4544 and all I get is a recording about the product and the mailbox is full and I can't leave a message.
