I called and ordered the free pill altovis. When ordering this pill, at the end of the call the customer service rep went into her membership comments. At that time she told me that to receive the free pills I would have to enter this membership but "could cancel it at any time and no shipments would be sent." After receiving the pills the next day I went to their website and canceled my "membership." At that time the website did not give a "cancellation number." It stated your request has been processed." The customer service reps and when you call they all push you toward cancelling on line...

This company has taken $140.00 out of my checking account. After waiting on the phone with customer service for 20 minutes they tell me they never received my cancellation. They said that I never went out to that website and did this transaction. She kept asking for a cancellation number. Now today after they have taken the $140.00 do they give you a cancellation number when you try and cancel. This is a little to late after they have gotten the money in the scam that they are doing. The customer service rep stated they shipped my order on August 1. She told me that they have a no refund/return policy and that I would be out the $140.00 and there is no way to get this money back.

YES THERE IS... I used my Visa Check card, my bank has taken over the matter and has told me I will have my money refunded into my account. All that is needed is a dispute form filled out from Visa. So if you have used a credit card like most people have. Call you Credit Card carrier or bank and let them know that you have been frauded.

Anyone else that this has happened to PLEASE let people know. This is one of the biggest and well plotted scams that I have seen.
