Alan Levine CashLink failed to provide sites for ATMs or pay my transaction fee ripoff

I purchased 3 cashless ATM machines from CashLink and received them in March. Since then, I've received many false leads as to ATM placements. Have only 1 ATM in service but not other 2. Neither the business where the ATM is located nor I have received fees for transactions that have occurred, but someone is because the service charge is being applied.
