Ripoff

This company charged my card unauthorized amount of $168 after I told them not to. I spoke to Brad who did not provide his last name and Sue and his supervisor were irate and refused to credit my account and I did not appreciate it. I asked them days before not charge me for a course I never took with Education Direct and they lied and said they could not find it in their computer and purposely charged it and said that I better pay and they don't care they are not customer service. I could come to the office and better bring my payment with me
