Rip-off, deceive, perpetrate fraud

Proposed a 5year quote for telecom services which included a "Matrix" box that made it all work. Said they were using cutting-edge telecom technology.included cost for services in price of lease on Matrix box.

Received payoff from leasing company. Did this to aprox 10,000 small businesses across the nation. Some how they managed to run out of money. They are over $40 million in debit. Did not pay employees, their health insurance and unemployment insurance for some time before filing for bankruptcy and leaving businesses with out phone services.

The leasing companies expect us to keep making payments even though we are not receiving service on the original contract and everyone has to pay for phone service to new carriers.

They never intended to stay in business for the long term. Many of their customers that signed up in the last 3-6 months never received service only the "Matrix" box (that is of no use to anyone other than NorVergence) and the lease companies expect them to keep paying.
This will be an extreme hardship for many small businesses across the nation.

We hope you can help to get this story national attention. We need to prove that this is a planned Ponzi Scheme.
