Ripoff big-time charged twice in one day ongoing for 5 months Online Only

CSR I spoke with was; aggressive, rude and beligerent. John Trader Sa-Chi Assoc-Ch Have been charging my credit card $14.95 for five months, one month is was charged twice in one day! The CSR was talking over me, berateing me and telling me that nothing I said mattered to him.

I made a poor choice (but it did feel good) of swearing at him and hung up, as he would not let the subject drop. This same individual called me back within 2 minutes on a line that listed on Caller ID as "Private Caller", he identified himself as the "CSR" and proceeded to threaten me. I was told that our conversation was recorded and and the fine for swearing on a company line was $800.00 and that he was now calling the police on me to turn me in???

I do not take being threatened lightly and will follow up with this company for compensation and restitution. I you see John Traders name on the internet, run from them as quickly as you can.
